Upload your oral or animate digital poster presentation latest until January 12, 2025 using this link.

It will lead you to a new window that provides an option for file upload via drag and drop or by choosing file location on your PC.

• Upload your presentation by either method
• check the option "I accept the terms and conditions of this service"
• DO NOT check the option "file encryption"
• click "CONTINUE"
• IMPORTANT: in the next mask, set the expiry date of your file to a date AFTER the meeting (e.g. January 31)
•  click: "SEND"

That's it. Your presentation has been submitted. People will love it.
