The meeting will take place at the Hotel Allegro

Meeting check-in / Registration

The table for the check-in is situated at the main entrance of the Bildungszentrum. Meeting materials and name badges can be picked up on Wednesday 15, January at the registration desk between 10:00 and 14:00. Registration will be opened until 16:00 for late arrivals. For a check-in during the meeting, please contact any member of the organizing committee (blue badges).

We will not include a printed program or abstracts booklet, because this information is available on our website (also for mobile devices). You receive a confirmation of participation and payment.

Each participant will receive a voting card for the animated digital poster contribution (Posterstimmzettel) – after a careful look at all contributions, please fill in this voting card and put it in the voting box. We have an award for the best animated digital poster (sponsored by the Hydrobiologie-Limnologie Stiftung für Gewässerforschung in Zürich).

Meeting events

All oral presentations will be held in the large seminar room of the Bildungszentrum. Digital posters will be on display in the vicinity of this seminar room during the special sessions. We will also make them available online for mobile devices via this webpage.

Social event

The social event will be held at Hotel Allegro on Thursday, 16^th in the evening, starting with a typical Swiss Cheese Fondue, followed by drinks and music in the bar of Hotel Allegro.
